Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on eligible orders (if applicable).
If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, the package may be returned to us.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. PLEXES is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the package and product (if damaged)
A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
